If the exchange is due to a change of mind, delivery charges are covered by the customer

If the item is defective or damaged, Zeid Beauty will cover delivery costs
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:

You may choose either a replacement or a refund

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos may be requested to confirm the issue

Once approved, Zeid Beauty will cover all delivery charges
