Return & Exchange Policy

At Zeid Beauty, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days

  • If the exchange is due to a change of mind, delivery charges are covered by the customer

  • If the item is defective or damaged, Zeid Beauty will cover delivery costs

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:

  • You may choose either a replacement or a refund

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos may be requested to confirm the issue

  • Once approved, Zeid Beauty will cover all delivery charges

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned outside the 7-day period

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for confirmed defective or damaged items

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method when applicable
